Diana Mather

Diana Mather is an author and educator with an international reputation for excellence. She teaches social and business etiquette around the globe with The English Manner, (a leading Institute offering training in etiquette and protocol) and gives talks on various subjects for The Culture Concierge. She is a member of The Confidence Clinic, an organisation helping companies and individuals build confidence and self-esteem, and is a regular contributor to radio and television programmes, commenting on matters of style, personal presentation, international business etiquette and social intelligence.

Diana was a founder member and a presenter at Signal Radio and has written 12 books including Surviving the MediaImageWorks for Men and ImageWorks for Women, published by Harper Collins, and Body Language Secrets and Secrets of Confident Communicators published by Hodder & Stoughton.  Diana’s latest book, Speak: All you Need to Know in one Concise Manual  was published by Haynes in 2020.

Diana is an Export Champion for the Department for International Trade and The Northern Powerhouse in the UK and is accredited by the CDP Standards Office as a speaker. She joined the commentary team at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for BBC Radio 5 Live and achieved one of her dreams by appearing at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017. Another dream has been achieved by the release of the ‘Song for the World’ song and website to raise awareness of climate change, a project she has been working on for the last year.

Diana has also written a children’s book for 3-7 year olds entitled The Good Manners Bears: Help Your Children Make Friends and Fit in Anywhere.
